At SG Molloy, we believe that our reputation is only as good as our last job, therefore we aim to exceed our clients expectations and work together to achieve our goal.

Environmental

The Brundtland commission 1987 defines Sustainable Development as;

“Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of further generations to meet their own needs.”

Sustainable Development

Finding a balance between social, economy and environmental aspects of a project is where the meaning of sustainable development lies.

In the construction industry, the meaning of sustainable development needs to be embraced.

We are glad to be involved in a learning curve which many contractors across the world have become part of.

We believe that the ideals of sustainable development can be achieved, we recognise the “think global, act local” approach and encourage active reduction of natural resources on all of our sites in an effort to minimise damage to our natural environment.

A team effort approach to Sustainable Development objectives is encouraged in all of our schemes as we believe the ideal solution to creating Sustainable Buildings is with sustainability in mind from the projects conception.

We provide waste management plans for all of our schemes individually tailored to provide the best strategy for the project.
