The Safety of our sites is our foremost priority

SG Molloy among the first companies in Northern Ireland to obtain Safe T Cert Accreditation.
Safe T Cert is a government recognised Health & Safety Management System which is audited by independent third party assessors on an annual basis, which gives our Clients the confidence that Health & Safety is managed properly within the company.

SG Molloy have an experienced external Health and safety Advisor visit each of our sites on a regular basis, our aim is to improve on the advisors findings at every possible area in ambition of an accident free work area.

Method Statements, hazard identification, risk assessment and risk controls, tool box talks are at the heart of our Health and Safety management system.
With competent supervisors controlling the site, when a risk arises, the supervisor has detailed procedures of ways to minimise the risk, ensuring that none of our staff are exposed to any danger.

Training is the key to reducing accidents and near misses, all of SG Molloy’s staff have been registered with the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) and have been working with Construction Skills Register Card Scheme, meaning, we have a clear record of competency, knowing which staff can be assigned to different tasks.
